"I believe that learning begins with feeling safe, loved, and valued. In my work with young children, I strive to create a nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged, emotions are respected, and every child's unique personalities and abilities are celebrated. I see early childhood education as an opportunity to build relationships that foster trust, empathy, and confidence. I want children to see themselves as capable learners and kind friends – developing not only the skills they need for school, but also a sense of wonder and empowerment that will guide them throughout their lives."
